If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please call our service hotline (852) 2901 6000 within seven days of delivery. We guarantee a refund or exchange, or a full refund minus postage.
Two refund methods are available:
* The refund can be deducted from your next delivery note.
* The refund will be deposited into your credit card account within 4 weeks of confirmation.
