All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after being placed. Due to varying shipping distances, actual transit times may differ. Order Status Definitions

Pending — Order received (payment not yet made).

Processing — Payment received and stock reserved; the order is awaiting shipment from the warehouse.

Completed — Order has been shipped and finalized (includes shipment tracking information).

Cancelled — Cancelled by the customer support team or the customer.
