SMS Privacy Supplement

SMS Privacy Supplement

This supplement covers the SMS marketing program operated by Vita Green Health Products Company Limited for global.vitagreen.com. Read it with our Privacy Policy. The specific restrictions below govern SMS opt-in data and consent.

When you expressly opt in, we use your mobile number, consent records, subscription or withdrawal status, and relevant shopping activity to provide the promotional, replenishment and cart-reminder messages you agreed to receive. SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, or contact info@vitagreen.online for assistance.

Our website uses cookies and related plugins to record products added to a cart and identify unfinished purchases. For customers who have consented to SMS marketing, this information may determine when to send cart-reminder texts.

General provisions about sharing data with business or marketing partners or affiliates for their marketing do not apply to SMS opt-in data and consent. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Necessary service providers acting on our behalf, including Klaviyo and Shopify, may process the data needed to deliver texts, synchronize subscription status and provide related technical support solely to provide those services.

For data retention, international transfers and your privacy rights, see the main Privacy Policy. Privacy or SMS inquiries: info@vitagreen.online.
