How is this different from regular Lingzhi?
Five-Color Lingzhi uses six types of Lingzhi recorded in "Shennong Ben Cao Jing" (The Divine Farmer's Materia Medica), not just a single type of Lingzhi. Ancient texts state that the five colors correspond to the five organs, and the sixth type, Purple Lingzhi, is recorded to benefit qi and nourish blood. The raw material is wild Lingzhi, naturally grown on stout oaks in the Cenwanglao Mountain National Nature Reserve. It is selected based on color, size, and integrity, then processed through water-alcohol dual extraction and low-temperature vacuum freeze-drying. Before leaving the factory, it undergoes over 150 tests.
How long does it take to know if it's suitable?
The timeline above is clearer: there will be no dramatic changes in the first two to three weeks. After finishing 72 capsules (36 days at 2 capsules per day) is the first time you can judge. 240 capsules can be taken for 120 days, and 480 capsules for 240 days.
