关税由我们承担

跨境订单的关税、税项及附加费，由维特健灵承担。

你在本店下单后，如货物在目的地国家或地区的海关被征收进口关税、税项或附加费，这些费用由维特健灵承担，不会向你收取。你在结账时看到的金额，就是你需要支付的全部金额。

如果当地海关或物流公司仍然就进口关税向你发出缴费通知，请先不要付款，将通知的照片连同订单编号电邮至 info@vitagreen.online，我们会直接跟进处理。如你已经代为垫付，请一并附上付款收据，我们会安排退回该笔款项。

美国销售税（Sales Tax）不在此列。美国各州销售税政策不同，税额会在结账页显示并由你支付，与上述进口关税安排无关。

Vita Green pays the customs duties, taxes and surcharges on your cross-border order.

If your shipment is assessed import duties, taxes or surcharges by the customs authority in your country or region, Vita Green covers them. You are not charged for them. The amount you see at checkout is the full amount you pay.

If local customs or the carrier still sends you a payment notice for import duties, please do not pay it. Email a photo of the notice together with your order number to info@vitagreen.online and we will deal with it directly. If you have already paid, include the receipt and we will reimburse you.

US sales tax is not covered by this. Sales tax rules differ from state to state; where it applies it is shown at checkout and paid by you, separately from the import-duty arrangement above.
