Free Shipping

Shipping is free store-wide. There is no minimum order value — any single product qualifies, and no shipping charge is added at checkout.

Duties and Taxes

Where a cross-border order is assessed import duties, taxes or surcharges by the customs authority in the destination country or region, Vita Green covers them — they are not billed to you. If you receive a payment notice, please don't pay it; email info@vitagreen.online with your order number and we will deal with it directly. If you have already paid, include the receipt and we will reimburse you.

US sales tax is the exception: rules differ by state, and where it applies it is shown at checkout and paid by you.

Processing and Estimated Delivery

Orders take about 3–5 business days to leave the warehouse. Estimated delivery after dispatch (excluding local weekends and public holidays):
