  1. Orders cannot be refunded or changed after shipment.
    All orders are shipped from Hong Kong/overseas warehouses. Once the transaction is completed and shipment is arranged, refunds and changes to the order are not possible.

  3. Problem product processing time
    If there are any errors, damages, defects, or quality issues with the goods, please contact customer service within 7 days of signing for the package. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
