  What payment methods does Vitagreen.com accept?

We accept a wide variety of payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, China Unionpay (CUP) and Alipay.

  Why did I fail to pay?

Make sure you click "Place Order" to complete the checkout process.
If you pay by credit card,
1. Make sure your credit card has been activated, especially a new one.
2. Double check all the credit card information you have entered. You may have written a number wrong which prevent our system from recognizing your card correctly.
3. Check whether your credit card has expired. If this is the case, you should contact your bank for additional assistance.
4. Make sure you do not make a purchase that exceeds your credit card limit.

  Why I couldn’t receive any order confirmations?

After successfully placing an order, you will get an order confirmation email with all the details on. Make sure you are entering a correct email address and check the "Junk Mail". If you still cannot receive any order confirmations, please contact us at (852) 2901 6000 or email online@vitagreen.com

  How can I edit or cancel orders?

We usually dispatch all orders within 2 business days. If you would like to edit or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after you have placed the order, specifying your Order Number and contact details.

  How can I send Vita Green products as gifts for my relatives and friends?

We offer a wide range of gift box sets and gift cards for you to select for your beloved ones. If you are sending the order as a gift, simply enter the details of the recipient on the "Shipping Information" (Step 3 of the checkout process).

  How can I redeem coupon codes?

If you have a coupon code, just enter it in the discount code field on the "My Cart" page and then click "Apply Coupon". If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the payment summary.
